For our customer, a multinational company in BPO area, we are searching for a Support Associate with Swedish!

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support via telephone or e-mail in Swedish
  • Providing technical and financial support to the clients
  • Teamwork with attend to high quality support
  • Accurate and timely escalation of complex cases, when needed
  • Work under pressure to tightly controlled deadlines

 

Skills required:

  • Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • University degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Previous work in customer service will be a plus
  • Team player
