Quality Assurance Manager

Main responsibilities:

• To develop and establish testing plans and processes for multi-platform projects (online and mobile)
• To provide initial and further training of the team members
• To supervise, help and mentor the QA Team
• To communicate with Senior Management and Development Director when necessary

Required Skills:

• Excellent level of English
• Managing experience (at least 10 people)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Hands-on experience with network configuration- advantage
• Eye for the detail and passion for providing quality control services on highest level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and versatile person
