Business Development Manager

with in-depth understanding of the e-commerce industry to understand the needs of prospective customers and pitch them the right solutions for their businesses.

Job description

  • Finding new customers via sales leads, cold calls, partners/re-sellers
  • Presenting the company products and services portfolio to potential customers
  • Attending industry events such as forums, conferences and expos and meeting with prospective clients

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in the e-commerce industry – mandatory
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales – mandatory
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field of studies; an MBA will be considered an advantage
  • Native or near-native level of English, additional languages will be considered a plus
  • Familiarity and experience in online payments – advantage
  • In-depth understanding of international online markets – advantage
  • Business acumen, and ability to convert leads and close
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented professional who delivers consistently high results and achieves sales targets
  • Natural-born leader who is able to drive execution via formal and non-formal channels
