Managing Director (Health care / MedTech)

for a client, an international MedTech company.

The successful candidate will lead the Bulgaria-branch with its headquarters in Sofia.

About the position

Followed by an intensive preparation and training phase you will take over the responsibility to manage the company and achieve the defined goals. This challenging position includes the preparation and realization of local marketing and sales concepts, the efficiency-orientated personnel management and development, the cooperation with private and national facilities and the acquisition of new customers. You will be reporting to the regional headquarters.

Requirements

• excellent management skills

• several years of experience in marketing and sales in a managing position (preferably in medical technology)

• degree in managerial economics (e. g. MBA) would be a clear advantage

• good level of Bulgarian and English language

• proven leadership skills

• able to inspire staff through effective communication and personal endeavour

• general willingness to travel
