Balkaninvest, the Sofia-based specialist for international recruitments with a German accent, is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated

Senior Java Developer

for a position at one of our clients in Germany (Nordrhein-Westfalen).

As a part of the development unit you will work with the latest technology within an international team.

Requirements:

General software experience:

• solid working experience with software technologies and frameworks like JSP, JSF, Jboss Seam and Hibernate
• very good understanding of development tools and frameworks such as Ant, CruiseControl, Maven, TestNG and Junit
• competence in working with relational databases and SQL

Java EE 6 :

• At least 3 years of experience with J2EE
• At least 1 year of experience with Java EE 6 platform
• Knowledge of Framework Seam 3 and of the EJB, JPA, JSF 2.x and CDI technologies are desired

Java SE:

• Experience with multi-threading is a clear advantage
• Experience with Map/Reduce programing models (Apache Hadoop) is a clear advantage

Other desired competences

• Practice in agile software development (SCRUM) is a bonus

Language skills:

• Good level of English language
• German language skills would be a clear advantage
